18 years of IT.

One clear mission.

Meet Licinio

I started in IT when I was 16. An apprenticeship at Swisscom, then support roles, system administration, project management, before taking on the role of Head of IT. Along the way I’ve worked in Swiss tech companies, at a major bank, in pharmaceutical firms, and in humanitarian organisations operating in some of the most difficult environments on the planet.

I’ve set up IT infrastructure in Congo and South Sudan. I’ve trained teams in Kenya and Bangladesh. I’ve automated employee onboarding, cut security incidents in half, and managed IT budgets for growing companies. I’ve seen servers fail, backups that didn’t work, and data breaches that could have been prevented with a two-hour checkup.

That’s 18 years of learning what works, what breaks, and what most companies don’t check until it’s too late.

Why OXIVRA exists

Most companies with 25 to 250 employees don’t have someone whose job it is to step back and look at the full picture. There’s usually one IT person (maybe two) doing their best to keep things running. They’re fixing printers, resetting passwords, managing licenses, and putting out fires. They don’t have time to ask “are we actually secure?” or “what happens if our backup fails?”

That’s the gap OXIVRA fills. I come in with 18 years of perspective, assess the situation honestly, and give you a clear answer. Not a sales pitch for products you don’t need. Not a 200-page report full of jargon. Just a straight picture of where you stand, what’s putting your business at risk, and what to do about it.

I also help companies figure out how to use AI in their daily work. Not the hype, not the buzzwords. Practical stuff. How can your management team actually use these tools? What’s safe and what isn’t? I recently spent a week in Paris training the management of a major retail group on exactly this. It’s real, it’s concrete, and it’s where business is heading.

What I believe in

Independence

I don’t sell products. I don’t work for a vendor. When I tell you something needs fixing, it’s because it actually does, not because I have a quota to hit. My only incentive is that you trust me enough to call me back.

Privacy

I believe privacy is a right, not a feature. The way I build solutions, choose tools, and advise clients reflects that. Your data is yours. Period.

Honesty

I won’t pretend everything is on fire to scare you into buying more services. And I won’t tell you everything is fine if it isn’t. You’re paying for the truth. That’s what you’ll get.

The road here

1

Swisscom (2002 – 2006)

Where it all started. Four-year apprenticeship in telematics, graduated with honours.

2

IT support & system administration (2006 – 2016)

Ten years building technical depth across multiple industries: banking (UBS), pharma (Vifor Pharma), and various IT service providers.

3

Medair – humanitarian IT (2016 – 2019)

Three years managing IT for an international humanitarian organization. Training missions in Congo, Kenya, South Sudan, and Bangladesh. This is where I learned that good IT isn’t about budget, it’s about priorities.

4

Astrocast – Head of IT (2020 – 2024)

Built and led the IT department of a Swiss satellite IoT company. Team of 5, full responsibility for infrastructure, security, and operations. Cut security incidents by 50%, automated onboarding, reduced IT costs by 15%.

5

OXIVRA (present)

Taking everything I’ve learned and putting it to work for the companies that need it most.
