What information we collect and why
Contact form
When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you type in: your name, email address, and message. This data stays on our server hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. It is not sent to any outside service. We only use it to reply to you.
Booking a call (Cal.com)
Our website includes a booking widget from Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. When you book a discovery call, Cal.com collects the information you enter (typically your name, email, and any notes you add). This data is processed by Cal.com on their own servers, which may be located in the United States or other countries outside Switzerland.
Cal.com also uses cookies on the booking widget, including a cookie called __clnds that lasts up to one year. In addition, Cal.com uses third-party services such as Google Analytics (which tracks website activity and may share data with Google’s advertising network) and Intercom (a customer support tool to which Cal.com sends some of your data, like your email address). These services are controlled by Cal.com, not by us.

Server logs
Like most websites, our web server automatically keeps basic technical logs. These may include your IP address (a number that identifies your internet connection), which browser you use, which pages you visited, and when. These logs are maintained by Infomaniak for security and technical purposes.

We don’t use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics tools ourselves. WordPress may set a few basic technical cookies to make the site work properly, these don’t track your behaviour or collect personal data.
However, the Cal.com booking widget embedded on our site does set its own cookies and loads third-party tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) as described above. These cookies are placed by Cal.com, not by us.
Who else gets your data
We do not sell, share, or send your data to any third party ourselves. The data you submit through our contact form stays on our server in Switzerland.
When you use the Cal.com booking widget, your data is handled by Cal.com and may be shared with their sub-processors (including Google and Intercom) as described in their privacy policy.
Where your data goes
The data we collect ourselves (contact form, server logs) stays in Switzerland on Infomaniak’s servers.

How long we keep your data
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to handle your request, then we delete them. Server logs are kept according to Infomaniak’s standard retention periods.
